The Menopause Project.

REAL TALK WITH EXPERTS FROM 'PERI' TO 'POST'

SUNDAY 22 NOVEMBER, 2025

Short film and Q+A info session

Let's talk about it ... finally!

Hot flushes. Brain fog. Mood swings. Mystery symptoms that make you wonder if you’re losing your mind or just your patience. Sound familiar? You’re not alone, and it’s time we talked about it properly.

Join us for The Mansfield Menopause Project, a smart, supportive, and surprisingly entertaining afternoon that brings real stories and expert advice together in one conversation we should all be having.

Presented by the Women in North East Network (WiNE), this event blends medical know-how, natural approaches, and lived experience into a session that’s equal parts informative and empowering, with plenty of “oh, that makes sense now” moments.

You’ll enjoy a raw, funny and unfiltered short film screening of 'The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause', followed by a panel discussion with health experts, and walk away with a menopause diary, and a guide to navigating your options.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s the conversation you’ve been waiting for. Seats will go quickly, let’s make sure no woman in our region has to feel she’s doing this alone.
