The WiNE Network was founded in 2020 when a need was identified for women to connect and support one another in their local township of Mansfield and the greater north east region.

To create equitable personal and professional opportunities for women in North East Victoria that empower, connect, educate, inspire and nurture.
We are guided and informed by our beliefs and commitment to equity, equality, inclusivity, diversity, safety and respect.
We celebrate successes, embrace challenges and champion positive social change.
What we do
We offer a diverse range of gatherings designed to nurture, empower, and connect women across our region. Our year-round schedule includes casual social catch-ups, skill-building events, wellness activities, and networking opportunities, anchored by our flagship annual International Women’s Day event.
