We are thrilled to announce the official rollout of our Championing Women in Government campaign!
Over the past few months, we’ve shared resources and calls to action for women in our community to step up and stand for local government. Now that nominations have closed for the upcoming Local Government Elections and Ballots have been drawn, we are pleased to continue our support for gender equality and Women in Government.
We will be featuring the incredible women who are running in the upcoming October Local Government Elections.
Our mission is all about elevating the voices of the inspiring women standing for change in our North East region. You’ll hear directly from these candidates as they share their visions, goals, and what drives them to lead.

- Ballots mailed: October 9
- Voting closes: October 25
