'Empower' Pillar Talk with Victoria Mitchell

Victoria is an EMPOWERED local Olympian who grew up living in Tolmie, attending Mansfield Secondary College.  It was here that her PE teacher Mr Ward identified her talent and encouraged her to pursue running.  In Year 7 she put out her goal to run in the Olympics. 

Victoria will be sharing her story of what it took to follow her dream, the path she took to get there and the discipline it involved.  She will inspire us with her lessons that she needed to learn and how these lessons shaped her into the person she is today.
